Terms and Conditions
Value Builders Inc. provides limited lifetime warranty on construction of sunrooms built to recommenced specification in addition to Cthru manufacturing materials warranty for as long as the purchaser owns the home.
In the event of any leaks or malfunction occurs in the course of normal use, Value Builders Inc. shall repair sunroom at no cost to the original purchaser. Replacement parts and materials shall be provided as warranted by the original manufacture's guarantee and labor shall be provided by Value Builders Inc.
Value Builders Inc. can only warranty the portion of the labor actually performed under contract. This warranty does not extend to other portions of the home, backyard, and previously existing foundation, or a new foundation that is not installed by a Value Builders Inc. certified builder, or other additional modifications that may or may not be made by the homeowner or other contractors during or after initial sunroom construction.
